A picture has surfaced that shows Miley Cyrus surrounded by what appear to be drugs and paraphernalia at a recording studio.
The
22-year-old singer - who has been open about experimenting with drugs
in the past - is seen working on her laptop with what appears to be a
pile of cannabis, a rolled up bank note and a vial of white powder on a
table in front of her.
he picture, which first appeared in the National Enquirer, was taken at a 4am recording session in November, which was around the time she started dating Patrick Schwarzenegger.
Miley has made no secret of her interest in drugs over the years.
The former
Disney star - who was filmed using a bong to smoke the psychedelic herb
salvia in 2010 - has also confessed to using 'happy drugs', including
cannabis and ecstasy, in the past.
She said during an interview in 2013: 'Those are happy drugs, social drugs. They make you want to be with friends.'
Her
father, Billy Ray Cyrus, and her godmother, Dolly Parton, are said to
be increasingly worried about her behaviour and have urged her to seek
help.
Miley and Patrick, who is a member of the Kennedy clan, first started dating in November.
He
joined her at her wild West Hollywood birthday party and they shared
their first public kiss at a University of Southern California football
game a week later.
The
pair's close friend, Australian singer Cody Simpson, recently revealed
that Patrick is even more wild than the singer behind closed doors.
Asked who parties the hardest out of Miley and Patrick, he replied: 'Honestly, Pat.'
Patrick
recently introduced Miley to his famous family and the pair celebrated
New Year's Eve in Las Vegas with Arnold Schwarzenegger and his
girlfriend Heather Milligan.
However,
there are persistent rumours that both Arnold and Patrick's mother
Maria Shriver are less than thrilled about the romance.
A
recent report claimed his parents, who are divorced, have threatened to
cancel Patrick’s $49million trust fund if he doesn’t dump the singer.
But spokesperson for Arnold told Gossip Cop the claim is 'totally false.'
