We have been made to believe 6 hours of sleep is good enough; but not 
exactly. Researchers at the University of California, San Francisco 
discovered that some people have a gene that enables them to do well on 
six hours of sleep a night. This gene, however, is very rare, appearing 
in less than 3% of the population. For the other 97% of us, six hours 
doesn’t come close to cutting it.
 
I can imagine some one just said SERIOUSLY??? 7 - 9 HOURS??? I 
definitely need more than 24 hours a day... No you don't need more than 
24 hours what you need is a NAP!!!
Well the hours needed for a restful sleep varies for us all but note 
that if you sleep well enough, you’ll feel energetic and alert all day 
long, from the moment you wake up until your regular bedtime.
 
I still love my 6 hours tho.
