Boyfriend Brutally Beat His Girlfriend Because She Cheated On Him In A Dream

Blaming a brutal beating or an attempted murder on a dream never seems to cut it with authorities.

Florida man, Carlos Gascon, tried to do just that after brutally assaulting his girlfriend on Friday. 

According to Monroe County Sheriff’s office, the 28-year-old allegedly choked the woman, poured hot coffee on her, cut the back of her leg with a knife, and held the knife to her throat, threatening to to kill all because “he had a dream she cheated on him.”

If that weren’t horrific enough, Gascon also allegedly slammed his girlfriend into glass table and pinned his dog down to the floor with his foot on the animal’s neck. 

Authorities report that the Gascon’s girlfriend was only able to call for help after he exhausted himself and finally passed out.

Gascon is now the one living in a nightmare, and deservedly so if all the allegations are true. He’s charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, domestic battery, false imprisonment and animal cruelty. It is unclear if Gascon has an attorney.
