Few Working tips to prevent and get Rid of a Hangover

 
It's Past the Mid of the Year and there are a lot of activities going on...Parties, Carnivals, Clubs and Ceremonies which may drive you towards getting drunk. There is really nothing more annoying than waking up the next morning and feeling down on your bed. You can't even get up, You feel stuck and angry. Well here are few easy tips for you to clear your hangover.
  • Make sure your Stomach isn't empty before you start drinking
  • Keep yourself hydrated before and while Drinking alcohol
  • Eat something that contains a lot of fats... Sausage, Fried Foods or  Pizza
  • Space the drinks...Don't rush while drinking, take breaks, a glass of water between each drink is okay.
And in case you already have a hangover and you are looking for a way to cure it, Here are few tips too...
  •  Take Water
  • Eat burnt Toast
  • Chew Ginger
  • Have bouillon soup to restore salt and potassium
  • Make a Bacon Sandwich
  • Be happy and don't let the hangover weigh you down emotionally
  • Sleep.
