Michael Suh, 38, and Nicole Germack, 27, were romping in clear view of pedestrians on top of the Chipotle grill, it is claimed.
Police received several calls reporting the couple's antics on July 12, at around 9.40pm on a busy street in Delaware, US.
When cops arrived 'the officer advised them to stop and they continued for approximately 15-20 seconds before stopping,' the police report states.
The pair then fled into a defendant's apartment before being arrested and taken into custody, cops claim.
Both Mr Suh and Ms Germack have been charged with resisting arrest, lewdness, indecent exposure 2nd degree, loitering and conspiracy 3rd degree.
